For this student project I have chosen the old Railway Station in Bute Rd, Cardiff. This building is grade II* listed.

The building is divided in two different areas, a restaurant were locally resourced fish is served, and a fishing equipment store. Both zones are united by the aquarium, the main attraction that can be seen from the inside and the outside of the building.

The main objective for this project is to benefit the local economy using fresh fish from small businesses.

It is directed to middle-high class audience, for families to enjoy lunch together or for couples to have a nice dinner, good for any age.
